It is pretty weird that this thing wasn’t posed at SDCC, hopefully this thing ends up with some articulation by the time it’s released.

He means that it was just posed at SDCC with arms by it's side, no pose whatsoever.
Looks like it just came outta the box.

I mean...would it kill them to put sword in his hand?....
maybe they dont want a recurrence of what happened with snake/the boss where they were posed dynamically and when people got them they complained there was no articulation.

Either way its an amazing piece, I really hope they do a good snake now and my MGS collection would be complete.

That's what I was thinking, at least a gun or sword, something.
Franks probably right, they just took it out the box real quick and went back to posing the heavy hitters of the show.
No hope, Kojima and his fans are all about Bigu Bossu.
Unless there's a MGS movie, then Hot Toys will release the figure of an actor who's cosplaying as Snake.

Well then I guess I could live with an amazing big boss as well, I know they did one a few years back but to me, it wasn't really that good.
Even if HT gonna has permission to make VG Solid Snake he'll look like this:
So I'd take "an actor who's cosplaying" instead of another variation of BB
I really hate those new renders. But, I'm just glad that Hot Toys is making Raiden this time. He's different, but at least he's not another BB figure like what's being regurgitated by PAK.
I can only hope that Hot Toys is following suit with their fan poll from 2010. I'd even be happy with an Old Snake figure at this point in time.
I used to be a big fan of the MGS 3 Sneaking Suit, until that figure got released
. It would have been better if Hot Toys made a standard, camo version of Big Boss from MGS 3, instead.
