Like everyone else has already mentioned: BOTH figures are a little short.

Well, don't judge Dutch's neck off that first photo. It is long, but that photo has major lens distortion going on.

Yeah the first pic had an odd angle, it looked weird. The next one down looked about right, the scales are not perfect but I think they work fine.

Looking forward to this coming to my door!

I still think (based on the photos in this thread) that the Elder P2 is the best HT Pred to date but P1 is THE Pred so that goes a long way to moving it up in my top 10 collectibles.:D

That looks the same to me, both left shoulder guards line up with Arnolds chin.

The only difference I see is the tilt of the head in this photo, the elder pred had his head tilted down exposing more of his forehead giving him the appearance of a taller figure.

The photo on the left isn't suitable for a height comparison like the photo on the right (with the Pred Elder).

It's probably a difficult question to answer, but how tall was the original Predator compared to the others? (in the films, fiction)

I think the issue is not the body, but the head...
they made the head more accurate, and since most of the other Pred heads have huge foreheads or are elongated vertically they are indeed taller...
It sucks, but since I passed on Dutch, I don't mind...

well its kevin peter hall in both suits so it just depends on the differences in the suits they used. Thats probably impossible to find out. All we know is that there round about the same.

so wait.... what made them make the predator smaller than the rest ?...
All this height buisness is confusing me. Why make Dutch smaller in the first place. If they are in true 1/6 scale Dutch should be bigger than Rambo and past figures anyway.

So if they made the mistake in the past of making figures too small why now make new figures smaller than they should be just to go with them ?.
Or am I missing something.. ?. :lol

Isn't Arnold only like 6' in real life? :huh

either way, glad to see pics of the P1 and can't wait to get him! :joy
