If you're registered with the newsletter, I'd say you have a pretty good chance if you go on right when it goes up. However, there have been situations where the servers went down due to the huge amount of traffic. Be prepared to stress out while your pages load very slowly throughout the checkout process.

Both items (Batman and Predator) are expected to ship around Spooktacular. Since they will both be part of a Priority Pre-Order event next week, you would not be charged any money until the item ships (unless of course there are FLEXPay options available, in which case folks who use that choice would be charged their monthly installments accordingly. Another instance of money being due would be the possibility of a non-refundable deposit included with either item, which would mean you would be charged around a 10% NRD a few days after order placement)

I assume they fixed the huge gap on the back of the cape. Use to have to tuck the old cape below the cowl from the back or you'd end up seeing rubber peeking through.

Most likely yes. If not 1 per person than definitely a limit of 2 per person (I'm going to guess it will be a 1 per person, per figure deal though...but that's just MY guess...I really don't know for sure at this point).

Hey Alex,

Since this was originally meant to be a SDCC exclusive item but HT dropped the ball on that, why aren't SDCC attendees getting a special ordering window. Why are we being punished for HT dropping the ball on this? I would have gladly picked this up at the show. Those of us that ordered an attendee edition of a SDCC exclusive item should be given an early PPO on Thursday to make up for the inconvenience.

I know I'm whining but I do feel HT really screwed some of us over by not having these ready for Sideshow at SDCC like they planned. I mean they were ready a mere week later for their Asian convention

Can you explain why you feel this is this worth more in price than Captain America, Sgt Barnes, each Sucker Punch Girl, Alice, New Goblin and Spider-man?, because they are all under $200.
