BTW: My avatar is a painting of TRAVIS BICKLE from TAXI DRIVER. We're working hard to convince HOT TOYS, that they should get the license for a TAXI DRIVER figure.
Just imagine: A "Travis Bickle" figure with PERS & 2 heads + jackets (early + late movie version with mohawk!)

I think MJ will be released around end of November @ Toy Hunters, then suppliers wont get orders until Early 2010.

I maybe wrong.

But I dont think it will be end of this month though.

I dunno, I got the word from HT saying October. But since quite a few people have said that its due to be out Nov, I'm gettin a bit worried now. but then again, same thing happened with the joker DX last month.

So I guess we'll see what's gonna happen 1 more week from now, keepin my fingers crossed on this one!

Just went ahead and BIN one since I think the price is gonna skyrocket as soon as MJ is out.

No worries! I'm planning on getting one from Toys2 seeing as my MJ order is with them...........I needed to have that security with this figure. I just have a feeling BIN prices on MJ upon release are gonna be crazy!

I hope not, since I'm planning to get this from the bay, as soon as its out!

But if prices are crazy, then I'd just BIN those POs from abc express or somethin, as their prices are still reasonable.

It would be a dream come true for me personally, but I can't ever seeing it happen. Not really much scope for any other figures for a line and also, the subject matter seems too strong for a HT figure of the anti-hero character.


Can't wait for this figure! Hope I can squeeze it into budget.

Question guys...I'm in the USA, but am probably going to need to find a new place to order the MJ figure (and a few others, actually).

I know I probably won't get first wave now, but, what are the top 3 or 5 websites that you all would recommend, factoring in customer service reliability, price, shipping, etc.

Its gonna be BANANAS!! Once the MJ fans are made aware of this things existence, you will not be able to get this for retail. This figure is really breaking the bank for me but I know I wont have chance of getting this under 250 after release, so I'd be an idiot not to pre-order this thing

They're actually the really old style hot toys pegs. If I had to guess maybe its so they work better with socks ? Most HT figures have some form of boot so the tiny ankle isn't noticable, however MJ may have an issue given the long gap between the bottom of his trousers and his shoes.
