I still don't know what to do, haven't ordered yet, hardest decision ever, horse or no horse?

I'm literally the same, It would look soo good in different poses but I might regret not getting the deluxe.

Why is the standard so expensive
Go horse. I am, as I know I'll regret it if I don't, despite my initial concerns over the scale of the horse, which by seeing more pics etc are now gone.

You can get a very nice Mr.Z horse on ebay for between $150-$200... and then another $50 for a saddle... but it won't be accurate, of course.

So, given those prices, the InArt statue horse seems like a pretty good deal.

Pretty sure the majority of the ‘inflated’ price for these is due to the complexity of that armour.
It wasn’t necessary to perfectly recreate it in 1/6 scale, but that’s what these guys are into.
This is a proper miniature Nazgûl.

The central hood seem being the only obvious flaw really needs to be addressed- or we’re gonna have to buy a ToPo hood after release.

I'm happy I went for the steed. I can have my custom Nazgûl ride it and put that InArt leg armor on him. So the InArt can stand on his own with a sword.

I really, really hope they fix that hood seam. I see most comments on their video on FB mentioning it as well, I added one as well. It's what would turn this from great to incredible.

My comment:
INART Collectibles This is looking great. But please remove that hood seam! It would change this from great to incredible.
Their reply:
Thank you, yep, for the hood seam issue, we have shared it with our team.

So there is awareness. Let's hope it actually results in an action.

Based on Kit's pricing, the horse cost is $296.

Nazgul - $394
Nazgul + Steed $690

Legolas's new price point ($556) makes the Nazgul standard seem a bit more of a deal (despite the lack of head)
The horse is an extra $210 at InArt. Kit's pricing also has to factor in margin and shipping is expensive from HK and China to the rest of the world.

In spite of my continued justifications for not ordering, I caved as well and ordered the deluxe from Gundamit. I had a good experience in ordering the Dragon Play Dark Ruler from them as their price and free shipping was great. Ultimately I'll play around with ideas on how to modify the base (without physically altering) by adding natural materials to create a look reminiscent of the Bree Road scene. At least that's the idea...........
