Don't get me wrong. I love TDK its a great movie IMO. I just think the IM movies get it by a nose.

Going to see IM2 tonight. Can't wait! I can't remember when I was this excited about seeing a movie. I used to be a movie junkie, but I can't be bothered with most films these days. I hope IM2 at least holds up with the first one.

TDK is awesome, but was majorly overhyped

Kind of how Iron Man 2 is now?? Can't go one commercial break without seeing either the preview and/or the Audi commercial.


I just saw Iron Man 2 and:

Loved it. Really great movie!!! I haven't read any of the reviews, but I really don't know what they had issues with because everything seemed to flow really well. My only real issue is that the end felt rushed. RDJ was awesome as usual!!! Gwyneth also did a great job. Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer= perfect casting choice!!! I always enjoy watching him in his roles. Mickey Rourke was pretty good too, but he's looking old. Cheadle did ok, but I still prefer Howard as Rhodey. Umm...Scarlett Johansson is a bad actress, but she sure does look nice.

I didn't like the end battle with Whiplash, but not sure what else they could've done with him at that point. I really liked how his character paralleled Tony's from the first movie when he was designing the new suit while in captivation.

I'm going to see it again on Sunday with some friends, but right now I'm giving it 8/10. I still like the first movie just a little more, but I do like how they gave some more screen time to the other characters in the sequel.

IM2 is now the best of the Marvel movies for me with IM1 nipping at its heels. .

It has everything that made IM1 special and then some!

Went to the midnight show last night, got home at 3:30 AM, here are a few thoughts...

Iron Man 2 = ****ing awesome, I don't care what anybody else says.

Scarlett Johansson...I want one.

Mickey Rourke is a bad ass.

Best comic book movie franchise ever...period.

...will be seeing it again today, taking my nephew for his birthday.
