PP wasn't too suportive in this, the guy has a nightmare and she tells him to "tinker with this!" and leaves him to go sleep downstairs, after he apologized.

Was she moving out on him in the morning when Maya came to visit!

Has it been answered how he's able to send the armor to the b i t c h.

Also, why does Maya refer to Trevor as the Master when talking with Killian in front of Pepper in the hotel.

Aren't the things he put in his arms, etc... little chips so he can mentally tell what the armor to do? They aren't homing beacons. He can tell the armor whatever he wants to do, hence why he accidentally summoned it in his sleep and why he was able to fasten the armor to Potts and Killian.

That's my understanding and I believe what they do in the comics (he has something similar done if I recall correctly.
