MaulFan said:If you look carefully enough at the SSC throne against the film images, you'll notice the last crack in the from lines up directly up the middle of the railing in the film and SSC's is slightly closer towards the edge of the slab side. I don't think size is off, just the location of the railing isn't exactly where the film has. As an objective viewer of the piece, if you're going for absolute accurracy, this is a flaw of the piece, though to me the real flaw would be the pins holding it down, were it a loose railing (and as heavy as it is I don't imagine it moving much if it were loose) then collectors would have had the freedom to place it where they wanted. Looking at it from an SSC perspective, I would wager they probably knew of the difference but were looking more to provide more slab area to place objects on and by pushing the railing to the edge as close as you can, you open up the space more since they opted to bolt it down so to speak. As a collector, I think it's a superbly built, sculpted and painted piece and met or exceeded my expectations for it, as did Jabba.
