When I saw the price of Hot Toys' Igor, I nearly crapped my pants laughing!
This hobby is slowly pricing many collectors out of it. I know I'm being picky nowadays and not buying as much as I used to.

There is nothing i like spending my money on more than the hobby i love! But even i'm starting to get pissed off with the prices. I'm going to cut back a lot from now on. Glad a built a nice collection before they all went money crazy.

i didn't know the price will be that much, i pre ordered it 2 months ago, giving only 50 dollars to my contact. sighs... he told me it was going to be around 200 or so. anyways, i am still getting it.

It really is like they are seeing just how far they can push the price before we all just say fook this and stop ordering. The price doesn't even hold for a while does it? New statue or figure comes out and it's even higher. Snoop said it won't be long before we see the $450 PF's. They charge more and give us less a lot of the time as well.

Yeah it truly is becoming insane. The Igor looks cool and all, but that price is ridiculous. They are retarded asking so much for that.
Of course it's expected to be more expensive than a regular sized fig, but what's wrong with $300 for that. Seems like a good price.
It can't hardly be for memorability of the character. All we see the ugly lump do is run through a container and support a big crane...
I wonder if this will be a shelf warmer...
