Hey Jay, when are you planning on getting the replacement? You will have to take a pic and post it after you take the hammer to the old one.
SSC can't send just the knee cover so i'm getting a replacement. I'll have to take a hammer to this one.

Thanks bud. Just want to see the inside compartment a little better. Also curious to see how the parcel body is connected. On a good note though, I assume the replacement came in perfect?.

If I had to smash a piece, SSC wanted me to wait till the new one arrived and in good shape. Then I usually have 5 days to report back with pics or I would get charged for the replacement. I guess they have changed their policies since the last time I had to do that. It has been a very long while.

It's always been this way for me since 2008

Well that stinks. It may be due to your location or something. 
I am pretty sure your replacement will come in prefect. I couldn't find anything wrong with both of mine and I was looking pretty hard. Not that I wanted anything to go wrong by all means.

Does the head look down on your Iron Monger? Mine didn't seem to, but once they said break it i tried and it moved down. The lights were fine but then this morning the eyes stopped working.

Maybe the wiring came loose due to the head being moved downward.
No, I couldn't get the head to move downward. I didn't want to try and force it either. The head moves from side to side and upward pretty easy though. So, is the head meant to move downward too?

Well it doesn't look like it. I won't be moving it downwards when i get the new one that's for sure.
