I'm dying to buy this figure but I can't get a Nicholson joker now and it will bug me forever...

Is the Joker we all got still available anywhere? With that and a Figuremaster Joker head (I think he was eventually going to do another run) you will be set!

I used to make Nicholson Jokers. I quit because I got tired of never finding just the right fabrics for the costume. He was really nice-looking, but to my taste, was always only "close enough". That, and the fact my sculpt had a goofy eye. I really want to do another Nicholson/Joker sculpt.

mine was 8 months. that might sound like a lot... but it's sooo worth it. it's easily one of the finest and most impressive 1/6 figs i own. it's so cool, i can't stop messing with it. a lot of work went into the design and creation of it. it just rocks completely. i didn't think i'd be this happy with it.

which is why i'm dying to purchase a returns version from shawn, once he does some updates. i actually wouldn't mind it in its current state even. maybe once shawn's finished with some of his other projects.

Yeah, I think mine took 6 months or so. Considering the Freaks discount and the great job he did the wait is nothing in comparison.

Hey Shawn,

Any updates on the Keaton Bats that are on order? I can't wait for it!

I just recently purchased the Tak Bats and I am rather happy with it. I posed it with my HT Joker and they looked great together. Can't wait to pose Shawn's Bats with my Nicholson Joker.

I'd also be interested in a full out custom of Adam's Bob...if he's up to making a few!

Can't get enough of Bats and Joker...like Luke and Vader, the ultimate display of good vs. evil.

With Keaton bats you have to be patient. Shawn will show us sooner or later.

Seriously, though .........

The Keaton sculpt I did a while back, modified to fit a seperate neck. A new cowl insert head made from a cast of the full Keaton head so that match exactly. The added coolness of an all-rubber suit doesn't translate well in pics, but it looks great in-hand. I had not updated this figure signifcantly in a very long time and I felt he was due. I really wanted something that would display really well with the Hot Toys Batman figures in terms of design and appearance; to have it look like it came from the same line instead of being the odd man out when standing next to those guys. The guys on the list that are already paid, this is the version you'll get. I really hope you like him.

YEEEAAASSSSSSS!!!!!!!!! I hope this means this is the one I will receive. Thanks Shawn and the wait seems to be worth it. I really can't wait to see this in hands and add it to my collection. Any word if this might be ready before Christmas......be a nice gift for us.

i knew it was going to be special.... and it flipping is!!!
love the new head sculpt - under the cowl it looks amazing. the rubber is also very very cool, actually before you said it i noticed it was there.

a very cool upgrade - congrats to all those who'll be getting the updated version. to think, i missed it by that much (after waiting so long) ....
nevermind, the version i have is good enough. i'll wait for shawn to do the same to the returns version

where's cocoboloboy? a 5th keaton batman in store methinks.
