Its hard to compare Logan to Fury Road but I'd still give the edge to Logan. They're both excellent films though, both deserving of Best Pic Nominations.

Logan I think takes the edge because the performances are stronger. Jackman and Stewart are powerhouses, constantly finding new ways to touch you with their dialogue and expressions. Fury Road's leads were quieter (Tom Hardy barely spoke).

Had Fury Road been a Mel Gibson farewell to Mad Max vehicle, it'd give Logan a run for its money.

I'm going for Round 3 this Wednesday. My local 15/70 IMAX only has Logan until Thursday (when Kong takes over).

Neither do I, considering he walks in a very fine line between campy and terrifying. Considering they've not gotten Doom right yet, the chances of Essex turning out at least good aren't that many. But eh, who know, maybe they've learned their lesson that sometimes being faithful to the books is good. If Sinister is just a guy in a black coat though, that'll blow. I can do without the 90s Vamp look, but the Victorian outfit is a must. The dry and sardonic wit alongside his threatening appearance as well.
IF they'd make an actual Victorian era film I'd pay to watch it.
They wouldn't be able to modernise it much like with DoFP and Crapoc.

I doubt they'd do a full Victorian era flick, just flashbacks to Nathaniel's origin. If they're so desperate, they can adapt Origin II, which had him play a part in Wolverine's past. Honestly though, i wanna see him be the Summers stalker that he's known to be. He's elegant, scary, funny and creepy all in one. Sinister has tons of untapped potential, be it in films or in comics. He could easily headline his own "Black Science"-esque ongoing.

Great tribute.... Worth a look!!!

Reading some of the comments on that - he really made an impact with people. As Reeve was to Superman, Jackman will be to Wolverine for so many. This perhaps despite the fact he never wore a comic-accurate costume and wasn't an ugly 5 footer.

I wouldn't mind seeing her again.

I liked her. She's cute, but deadly, and I still feel bad for her...and she's not even real :lol

I liked the dinner scene a lot. I was smiling the whole time with them :(

If they actually have a good story to tell I'd be all for it. I just don't want them to force a story that doesn't really work and hurts the timeline even more just because people liked that character. Sometimes less is more. I think Daphne Keen did a great job and should move on to something else.

Riddick, if you won a 100 million lotto jackpot prize on the same day your son was born I bet you would still find something wrong with that day lol.

I'd be declaring that DOA
:lol

Nah, all the other films had some great stuff in them.
X2 Nightcrawler intro, X3 bridge scene, sword fights in "Da Wulvarine", Future sequences in DoFP...
But the overall packages were always meh or worse, unfortunately.
