Looks like both studios have an equal amount of hits and misses. Sure, Disney wins the money contest in a big way but money does not equal content.

FOX does make great comic films but these films aren't it lol and this is Hollywood we are talking about, Money rules all, Wrights box office track record isn't good, that with him not wanting to play ball with Marvel is why he got fired/walked away. Like Marvel is going to let a director make the first film of a franchise that is supposed to carry on beyond the Avengers films without any of their say so is crazy (Which is why Wright left the project). If you're a director that wants full creative control over your film, cool, that's not going to happen in a Marvel or Star Wars film, not when one of the main goals of the film is to sell toys. I love Wright but Marvel made the right move with Peyton, he made a successful movie, it made money and at the end of the day that's all that matters to Disney, that's why they paid billions of dollars for Marvel. Personally I loved Ant-Man, it's up there with Guardians as far as surprises go with how much I really did like it.
