2nd line in the trailer, Logan says "Mutants, they're gone now"

Wait wut...we just watched XMA where you just escaped into a world of new young mutants.

Wait wut...in DOFP you were far in the future where mutants still existed.

Wait wut...Charles is old, Charles is young, Charles is old, Charles is young, Charles is old again.

How are we supposed to keep caring about these characters when right when we get to know them...BAM...another time period with wacked out forced cameos.

The Rachel change from BB to TDK was jarring enough for me but at least it didn't go from a white woman to a black dwarf lol.

We've known Logan and Xavier, the protagonists of this movie, for 17 years. If you still don't care about them at this point, you ain't gonna.

My advice - move on to a different movie and franchise, or just stick to comics Wolverine where something as meaningless as Jackman's height won't be there to bother you.

Isn't 17 years just a tad too long to stick with the same white tshirt. :lol

Look I like HJ, especially in X1/2 but after those it's all been downhill for his character.

Yes he's earned respect for his stamina but 17 years and no Wolverine costume while Wasp's freaking mother and a racoon already got theirs is just wrong.

This is me after every XM movie with no costume:

It's a nice trailer and I love HJ's Wolverine but those tearful reactions seem like forced attention getters. Hopefully the movie is as emotional as the trailer is aiming for.

Still think cloud atlas had the most amazing recent trailer. Too bad the movie was boring...

Since he apparently can no longer heal as well as he used to they could say that his classic costume offers some protection. If he puts on his suit to wage all out war against the bad guys at the end to save the girl and goes down in a blaze of glory while passing the torch I could see that having almost TFA level feels.

Comic spoilers deleted.

What's "common knowledge" to you isn't the same for non-comic readers/fans. So spoiler tags until after Logan is released please.

no problem m8. just as an FYI Fox doesn't have the rights to OML, so I doubt it will follow that specific structure anyways.

Eh, Jye just trolling to get a rise out of you, just ignore it or roll with it :lol

He'll be there opening day, giving Fox the money they need for more X-Men films, that's all that really matters.

Also, I don't see why people are making a huge deal out of the lunge, yea it didn't look very good, but it also might not even be in the movie, or it might look entirely different in the movie. Wolverine action has been hit and miss in these X movies though, but it's obvious the main problem was always these films being pg13 that really held it back. X2 mansion attack was amazing, Jackman was fast, brutal, and really sold the animal side of Wolverine in that scene.

If they nail this movie it could be one of the greatest cbm's of the decade. It's refreshing to anticipate a cbm that I know won't be a starting or middle point in a never ending franchise (at least as far as the two male leads are concerned.)
