Exactly. I'm not a violent/gun person by any means, but I also don't have a vagina. Damn it was fun shooting that AR-15.

Statistically speaking, I probably have a better chance of being struck by lightning than having my home broken into period. I am just saying that that is the rationale.

My home was "struck by lightning (ie broken into)" this past January while I was not at home. If I did own a gun it might have been taken by the junkie who broke in. I'm glad that I do not own a gun for that reason.

Of course, I do own a set of golf clubs and I'm always happy to practise my swing if someone were to come knocking when I am at home.

A home near me was struck by lightning and burned down. Homes in my neighborhood have been broken into. It's only a matter of time before nature and the criminals target me.
