definately not like the prototype. It was a terrible likeness. Not even close to the prototype. I'm convinced they didn't even try.
Thanks, BBTS just charged my card for it. I'll just cancel it. Oh well

I dunno man. Despite the killer micro paint apps, I'm just not digging them.
Considering a bunch of underpaid, under age, over worked, little Chinese children painted them (on little to no sleep), I am sure the paint apps do vary greatly. Whats funny is: the cheap labor in China is supposed to keep costs low for the figures. But my lcs had these for $16.99 each. Thats not a low price. Its high as far as I am concerned.
That's on par with what TRU's charging.
I still wonder: with the price of petroleum, the cost of shipping from country to country, plus labor~~~when does it finally become cost beneficial to just make the products in country? Because $7.99 for a figure in the teeny widdle Marvel universe line, and $16.99 for 5 inch Walking Dead figures (even with their Happy Meal features) is ridiculously high imho.
I bet its quiet over at the Spawn boards these days for them laughing at NECA likeness or paint apps when McFarlane release crap like that, sorry under scaled crap like that I was seriously pumped for these.
If McFarlane get Prometheus I'll be so disappointed. McFarlane aren't even up there with NECA or Mezco anymore in terms of quality.
