Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Nah... you see, his plan will discourage the fatties from showing up next to the beautiful people. It's quite ingenious if you think about it.

If something is designed to "encourage cosplay" or to "sell action figures," then your designs aren't solid enough to begin with, OR you're compromising your artistic integrity to sell out.

Shame.

David Hayter getting the boot for star appeal, and now it's to "encourage" cosplaying.

How is this bettering the franchise and or game? I think Kojima in 1998 would slap the present day one.

I used to have the uttmost respect for Kojima, I always looked at him as the Spieldberg of gaming directors.

Not anymore.

Its insane how much he was praised in the end he's a sell out .

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

It's a shame that i can't take the series seriously anymore

Not in the eyes of most run of the mill, zombie following no matter what happens, idiotic "fans."

If you like what Koji is doing fine, I'm not lumping everyone who does into that category.

But most fans of this franchise are MGSbros.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

In all honestly I lost interest in this franchise its as bad as Assassins Creed is to me .

Too much of MGS is a bad thing. I think if the main series came out every 5 years or more, the wine would be much more flavorful.

I like MPO, much much more than PW. But that's where this series went off the rails, it was the beginning of the end.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

If anything i'm glad it's not Solid Snake and all the cool guys ruining the series.

Just leave it up to BB & Kojima to keep running it into the ground

:exactly::exactly::exactly:

Excellent post. They can have at it destroying Big Boss's credibility.

LEAVE SNAKE ALONE!!

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I'm the only naive enough to belive it's all a huge trolling by Koji?
