Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

He is talking about the overall game, not voice acting. I bet you would love if they change The Phantom Pains’s name to The David Hayter.

I bet you would love "A Date with Hideo" You know there were pics of him doing motion capture maybe you will finally be able to get in his love box.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I don't get why you can't see that by not having Hayter it's not going to feel like a true Metal Gear Solid game.

The petition is for basically that, bring Hayter back because it's not Metal Gear Solid without him

Get ready to to play some splinter creed with no identity whatsoever

You realise the petitions were to bring back Hayter? Nothing else.

So no, my point stands, go check the youtube videos, facebook updates etc etc.

But of course, you'll find a way to reduce those to "bandwagon".

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

That's a good one.

Red Dead Splinter Creed is more like it.

Once again I said I understand that, but for me I am okay with it and still excited to play this game. Dylan, Plissken and yourself won’t be content until I agree.

It's not about your opinion, it's that you're a newb that is throwing his opinion around and thinks we're all insane to have a difference in opinion on the series.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Like I said I'm renting it I'm not excited for this game at all.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Read Facebook comments, they're all blind sheep.
I did, just for the sake of it, you are wrong.

I can't believe I'm arguing with two guys that think MGS4 was a great game.
It's ok to argue with people that will not agree with you every once in a while, y'know?

I get it, but I reject it, I don't get why you don't get that I get that.

Also, it's all fun a jokes, the reality is that the mark feature doesn't turn it into splinter cell, climbing a little rooftop doesn't make it into assasin's creed.

It's sad you don't want MGS to evolve in a technical level.

I guess you think pattern patrolling AI is better than actual AI.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

If you understand why are you both still talking?

You clearly don't and won't accept that we prefer the ORIGINAL, you have to have the last word about why it isn't damaging to the original content

You can't start arguments with people who are basing there thought about the NEW direction and changes to original material that they have spent the last 15 years buying into

This has to be a joker a right? I have been saying since my initial shock of the hayte around here, that I have no problem with their opinion but I don’t share it.

Honestly these guys have to be joking, they have to be. I can’t believe that they are saying we are the irrational ones, when this whole time we have been saying we accept what they are saying but have a different opinion.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Not at all, I saved my judgment until I actually heard him on the trailer.

Who knows, maybe his performance ends up being ****, but in the trailer he sounds good to me.

So, you heard one line from Sutherland on the trailer, and decided that he was good? Dude, unless you've watched 24 and seen his movies, you can't really make that type of judgement :lol. I've been following his career for years, and I don't think he's a good choice for MGS at all... just my opinion, though :monkey3.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Metal gear solid used to be innovative

Now it can't even expand and evolve with dignity it has to rip off others that have already done stuff

If that's an advancement you like then that's fine but I remember when it was genre setting, not genre splicing

Seriously? Every time someone "starts" an argument, because they like were MGS is going, They WILL get jumped by gifs and condescending posts, but retort in that same manner and you're suddenly a troll or a CoDdudebro.

I'm perfectly fine that you guys hate where this is going, what you fail to accept is that you guys are not ok with our take.

The mere fact that you said "why are you still talking" clearly hints that you can't deal with a different opinion.
