Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

No where near the degree the other two are, stealth should not exist before 2000s in MGS. MGS3 isn't without flaws.

You know the Phantom Pain’s tech is worse already because I’m assuming you played the game.

Seriously, is there even any sort of logical coherence to your messages? By saying that we're making presumptuous claims on TPP, you're also negating your own argument (or lack thereof) about the tech in MGS 3 being worse. Because, you know, you haven't played TPP either...

My god... :rotfl

Hologram radars shouldn't have been a gameplay mechanic, it seems that the tagging, detective mode and hologram radar all serves as a crutch to accommodate an open world, the same way the open world seems only justified as a tech demo for the FOX engine.

I still feel like the new open world concept was just to show off the engine.

Should of stayed being linear.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Going open-world was the worst thing to happen to this series. I wish if it would go back to the tightly enclosed indoor environments from MGS 1 and 2.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Wasn't MGS3 being sold as being open world originally? It was just as linear as the rest but it felt like it had more room than the previous two. MGS V should be Snake Eater 2.

The difference being, I don’t respond to any of your comments saying your wrong. I wrote what I thought about it, and even made a statement about we know don’t if the “detective mode” is even tech yet. Read your response, its as if you played the game already, and Plissken doesn’t even know what an opinion, everything he saids and thinks is fact.
