You need to see all eight seasons of 24 as well, before you can truly call yourself a fan of The Kief

I plan on it but ever since I finished the Sopranos I can’t seem to enjoy any show.

David Hayter acted in movies too, you know . It it weren't for 24, Kiefer would have been forgotten.

He's only been doing minor films the last decade or so.

It's like asking why are you still commenting on this thread if you hate the franchise so much? You have your double standards lapses dude.

I'm not being dismissive of him, I like the guy and his voice, and there are plenty reasons to like the game other than for his voice, but you're not seriously saying the guy can act are you?

Of what? A lot of people actually really liked what they saw of Sutherland during the demo, that's not a good argument at all

And no, I've said it before, I love Hayter's voice before PW, but PW voice doesn't beat Sutherland's, nope, his earlier performances sure, but not in his worst.

Are you kidding? . A lot of people were complaining about what they saw in the GZ trailer. Posting videos on YouTube and comparing voices, etc. Most of the fan base has been lamenting about the Hayter switch for some time, and they still haven't gotten over it.

Are you kidding? . A lot of people were complaining about what they saw in the GZ trailer. Posting videos on YouTube and comparing voices, etc. Most of the fan base has been lamenting about the Hayter switch for some time, and they still haven't gotten over it.

I'm not kidding, a lot of people liked what they heard, I'd say about 50/50.

I was replying to the notion, that Kiefer would be able to provide better facial expressions than Hayter. There's nothing that I've seen from Kiefer that makes me believe that.

You don't need to be a fanboy to get angry and/or sad for something like that, I grew up playing MGS1 and other games, I got used to Hayter's voice and I'm not happy that he is gone, just because I shut up about it doesn't mean I don't feel the same way as many others.

Fanboys take it to a whole other level

I like Hayter to, but honestly his voice has just gotten annoying for my ears after Peace Walker. He makes everything sound so much like a bad movie. If he could replicate what he did with MGS1 and 2 then I would be devastated.

Those statistics seem dubious. I can say that from what I've seen on SSF, you and pturtle are the only ones who actually liked Kiefer's voice on Big Boss. "A breath of fresh air", if I recall correctly .

More people are excited to play this game than thinking about Hayter now. And to be honest I thought the backlash was going to be worst than it is. I have seen a lot of people all over the internet liking Kiefer’s voice acting so far.

Honestly, I don't think Kojima even cares anymore. Konami and the fans are holding him to a series, that he has wanted to leave a long time ago.
