Arkham knights CE/LE is exactly the same. The only difference is you get a batman statue or a baby bat mobile. Being the MGS whore that I am I'm getting it but I'm only gonna get the normal Arkham release

Dues ex was the first western CE I ever got, and your 100% right. Kind of a waste of space. Japanese ones were always pretty badass, it's ashame KojiPro has followed suit.

I stick to steelbook editions for western releases usually

I think the best limited editions I ever bought were the games that didn't have "Limited Edition" stamped on the boxes . Suikoden II and Tales of Destiny II are two of the rarest PS1 games ever released, but I happen to own them.

I PO'd this one last night. The wife talked me out of the Collector's Edition. She made some good points, especially with me getting a lot of Age of Ultron Hot Toys, I just don't have the extra funds to put on the CE.

If they had a figure or the artbook I'd have possiblity considered it. I'll just get the proposed artbook to go with the rest

I ended up getting the Japan version for retail. I also have the U.S. CE preordered but I might sell it since I won't really be needing anything from it.

I'm mostly just looking forward to finally playing the game.

I want it, but she makes a good point. The arm would end up in the closet. And if it was a statue of Big Boss or something that would be different. Heck I would be all over it if it was a Play Arts Kai fig.

I mostly just want the CE for all the DLC. I am a sucker for extra in game stuff.

The gamestop version came with the mini arm and sold out last night for ps4 before i could po it for $100, the xbone version is still up and i refuse to buy it because they always put that stupid ugly green **** all over the box, wtf.......

You can still do the Xbone version. Aesthetically, the only different thing should be the retail copy of the game that's included. Although, you'd be screwed for the DLCs on the PS4.

I wonder what state this leaves MGS in, since Konami owns it. I honestly would want a new director at this point to maybe reinvigorate the franchise back to the old school days, and maybe actually give Snake some lime light for a change. The series is definitely not coming to a halt, since it's the only horse Konami has left to run.

I would like to not believe in the worst and assume this is just another publicity stunt perhaps due to the "this is my last MGS" being a 14 year old bark than a real bite, and the shift now is to create speculation of Kojima-san's future. If there is genuine internal conflict within the company, Kojima is smart enough to know what's best for him.

If not, people could always write more death threats like they did with MGS4..
