I think all I need to do is some of the trials, and I can't bring myself to get back into it.
I think I'm going to replay it all, I don't know why but everything is better on ps4, the sound and graphics, don't mind the 60fps but it's alright too.

I'm just waiting on another price drop for it. And a PS4
It's free right now man, you should really get PSN plus, it pays for itself since they give you free games every month.

Is it weird I don't like that the girl is the bland "blonde bombshell"

I would have loved a super 80s pinup chick with leotards

World's Top 100 Most Anticipated Games

I don't know how accurate this is, but I've been seeing this around numerous gaming boards to gauge the hype for all these AAA releases coming and MGSV is number one. I'm pretty shocked, I always knew MGS was big but never thought it was as big or well known as most AAA titles out there. Maybe the whole Kojima fiasco is the reason? Either way it's nice to see the game getting massive attention.

I think it's also mainly cause its open world. Less cutscenes and gives the option to go full actioner. Plus the lack of next-gen content.

But from all the previews this looks to be incredible

I think I'm a bit more excited for this than I am for Batman, this has switched back and forth during all this time, but as of now, 2 weeks for the release of AK, and I'm still more excited about MGSV.

Just finished MGS1 yesterday and started with MGS2 (long overdue since I only played it like twice when it came out), my love for this series doesn't wither at all.

Btw, I just finished the battle with Fortune, and so far, I think some stuff from MGS4 like the aging is kinda foreshadowed from the beginning in MGS2, but didn't remember since I hadn't played it in a looong time.

Man I hope revol minis keep popping figures up, I need a Fortune figure, she's awesome.

Yea, I always felt like MGS2 foreshadowed Snakes accelerated aging.

I'm pretty excited for AK, but MGSV is my most anticipated game since MGS 4 :lol and my hype for that game was huge.

I didn't get to play MGS4 until kinda late since I didn't have a PS3 at the time, but it was the 1st game I played when I got one, and I played it like 2 months straight :lol

I don't even know why I upgraded from PS2 to Xbox360 to begin with, pretty dumb thing to do... Xbone, not even once.

Lately I don't find myself excited for as many games as I did when I was younger, I think I could count the current franchises I truly love with one hand.

Arkham
MGS
Uncharted
FIFA
Hotline Miami

That's about it I think :lol

Yea, PS2 had loads of awesome unique games coming out at all the time, now everything is way too derivative and I guess with all the evolving tech it takes a lot longer to develop games, so we get like one good game every 4 months now.

Xbox360 was a pretty great system, I'd argue it was actually better than a PS3, but PS3 had the exclusives I cared more about.
Xbox One so far, is looking like a major step back from the 360. It's going to have to have some pretty great new IPs for me to purchase one.

Unfriended.

___________

But I came back from my sinful ways, it only took 4 different 360's getting the red ring of death :lol

I disagree, as I was telling Solidus, that piece of **** died on me within 2 years, red ring of death, I got it replaced, lasted a month, then got it replaced again, four times :lol

Then I sold it and bought a used PS3 that already had ran out of warranty, and had it for FIVE YEARS and it gave me zero problems, and I never even cleaned, not once! :lol that thing was built like a ****ing tank.

360 had some ok exclusives, but as soon as I played MGS4 and Killezone 2, I forgot aaaaall about those :lol

I was talking about features and such, 360 had some pretty cool stuff that PS3 didn't, especially party chat and being able to listen to music in the background of your games. Multiplats ran a lot better on 360 as well.

In terms of stability, the PS3 was far better than 360.

PS3 had the best exclusives though.
