Game is easy now. Just get more upgrades if you feel you suck.

If the warchiefs are hard, it's probably because you sucked early on too and got people promoted a hundred times or gaining in power lol
I started out that way, but got things well in control after more upgrades.

I finally got a chance to try this tonight. It's kind of fun killing orcs but I'm not a big hack and slash kind of gamer. So far this doesn't seem to be very heavy into a story driven game.

Ok, on my final Warchief (for now), Ushgol the Champion - first time I faced him, he got away. Now, it shows the mission area, and says to go to the mission start, but there is no starting area on the map....not sure if a glitch or intentional?

Ended up killing like 6 captains and 4 warchiefs today. Once I got the 5X special, take 1 hit and keep combo, and the triple combo for hitting X, I essentially went into beast mode and slaughtered everyone.

The best bit of the night was I had killed off every single captain and only had captain ratbag and 2 warchiefs left on the army thing. When I went to kill the second last warchief, he randomly had 2 captains with him. I interrogated one and as soon as I went to the army screen, 11 captains had shown up in the 30 seconds it took from the last time I checked the army page to the time I had interrogated the captain. I did manage to snag the 5 warchief kills before an uruk got promoted though. Now I need to do some work for some of those crazy achievements like helping a guy get promoted to warchief and then killing him.

Me too, but I"m not sure the best method to doing this though. Am I gonna have to start and lose a bunch of fights with a captain to get him through the ranks? Maybe issuing a bunch of death threats will help him rank up? I don't want to rank one up to level 40 though.

That's one I've got to work on. I may save that until I'm done with the game and just free roaming.

How many times do you have to kill an orc without having to free his head from his wretched body before they don't come back?

You have to have the combat finisher abilities unlocked.

I'm going to assume I probably don't. Also, it took me until the end of last night to figure out why I wasn't able to interrogate anyone by pressing the "B" button. I thought I had to unlock something but I just wasn't paying attention enough to notice it was a different button combination. :slap

So I caved in and got it on the weekend.. its really not bad and the nemesis system is very cool.. what I do not like.. Im feel like totally lost in this wold.. not sure what to do next.. and roaming through the county is not possible because there are orcs EVERYWHERE what kind of sucks if you just want to explore a bit your surroundings...

Yeah this world is crazy populated with orcs, great for xp points but you cant even stand up without being spotted. Makes the hunting missions kinda harder than they should be. Even so I am loving it, the orc designs look amazing!

Its part of your skill tree. Just keep playing and you'll see if you can use a point to unlock it. The rest I just blame on you being Canadian. :lol

If you check out your map you can see where the main missions are or the Orc Missions. As far as there being Orcs/Uruks all over that makes sense since this is Mordor. It is kind of their homeland and all that.

There is a story and it's not bad. Cool cutscenes, voice work. You'll get introduced to some cool characters.
And you can also get strategic in how you deal with the Uruk army. It's not just hack n slash.
The combat system is awesome though and you can't help but feel like a bad ass ranger.

The more upgrades you get, the better the game and combat will get.

Just click on the icons and go there lol
If feeling lost, just focus on the story then. The yellow missions.

It does take a while to get your bearings in the game. I felt the same as you at first.
Lost, confused, no focus.

But once you give it some time and buckle down, it gets good.

Fast travel makes things very easy. Just hunt down all the forge towers on the map first if you want.
Then you can travel where you need to , or feel like it.

It's pretty easy guys. And once you can BRAND guys to be on your side, it's easy to put the chess players wherever you want on the board.
Set up duels and riots and decide where you want Captains to go. Who you want Warchief etc.

Game gets EASIER as you play.
Lots of people here seem to be having issues lol
Give it time guys. And stop sucking :rotfl
Just teasing. he he

I've been stealth killing mostly, it's the residual effect from the Last of Us. :lol

I haven't unlocked that yet. Looking forward to having some guys do my dirty work.

Still a better story than Destiny.

That sounds like a lot of work for a video game. :duh :acme :doh :lol
