Reposting because this thread got derailed just as we are anticipating this release. Anyway, decent video.

New vid review. Don't know if this is deserving of rep points :lol, but for the shoulder gap concern crowd, go to 2:30 and 4:55 to see more extensive shoulder articulation/posing options. For the record, I'm NOT concerned... Anyway, thought it might be helpful. :wink1:

Thanks, great video. I'm so looking forward to get mine. I agree, I am not worried about the shoulders either, it looks like the shoulder pads can be rotated up to hide the gaps. If I had to nit pick anything it would be that I wish they had molded little doors into the piece you can attach with the shoulder missiles. I don't mind that they don't actually come up and out from a hatch in the shoulders but when you have these pieces on it would have been nice if it looked like it did come out and we could see the hatch they came from rather than looking like they are just resting on top. Anyway, that's a minor nitpic on an otherwise great figure.

This is the first IM figure I have ever ordered, though since I ordered it I also picked up Silver Centurion (because of nostalgia over the comics in the 80's), and the MKIII Construction version along with the Tony Stark (Arc Creation set) to pose with it as if he is working on it. I may also pick up a War Machine, but then I think I'll call it quits after that as far as IM goes because this would make a nice little collection. (I collect other 1/6 stuff too and only have so much room ;) )

EPIC PIC! Man, I'm dying to get my hands on this...if you're truly only looking for one Ironman in your collection I can see how this one would fit the bill. Sadly for me I'm an Ironman addict so I want them all. :lol

No worries -- I'm glad someone was paying attention. :lol

Very very nice! The Iron Man to have! If you are more of a MCU IM fan, this is the original armour and from the best IM movie. More of a IM comic book fan, this armour looks most like the drawn iteration of the character. Just amazing.

:exactly:

That's exactly how I feel about the Mark III. It had a suit design that was unique plus it was one of the last projects Stan Winston worked on before his untimely passing.

Now that I did not know. Even more reason to like the suit haha. Enjoying all the love coming out for the Mark III.

Any chance of this getting shipped out this month?

I'd say there's a good chance these start shipping the 25th-27th of August.

My final flexpayment, along with other collectors, were moved from August 5th to August 25th at the end of July. Usually, flexpayments are moved back a full month when an item hasn't arrived at their warehouse so I think Sideshow believes they will have them by that time, otherwise they would've pushed my payment back to the 5th of September.

And I believe the 3-5 week notice was sent out on August 4th.
