Here's what I think a custom cape will look like on the DX Batman:

Quick & Dirty Mock-Up

I think a thinner custom cape like a lot of people used for their Medicom and HT v.1 Batman figures will really make the figure retain the slimness we've seen in pics without the stock cape since the custom capes lay flatter against the shoulder/neck area unlike the stock cape which adds a lot of bulk.

Yea i think the suit looks perfect, especially in that last pic posted.The smaller reshaped chest plate and redesigned suit is a great improvement.

yeah now we can have meaningful interactions with those expressions! I hope by then my picture taking skills will be better and I have a better lighting setup

Yep and a cape just like that would make this figure that much more life like imo. Excellent mock-up!

I'd like to see one in hand pic with the cape looking good.

This needs a custom cape if you ask me.

If it were not for the damned Christmas post, I would have a pic up of mine with lforigno's ace cape on it in 5 days. Will most likely be two weeks before mine arrives I guess, but it ships tomorrow!! :chew :chew

I am praying that mine through Toys2 will arrive in 3 weeks and not 4-5

BTW OMG is a great name haha!! Everyone is calling you when they get excited My wife calls you at times at night as well which now is kinda strange

Kinda OT but I was looking for lforigno capes as I don't think I was familiar with them previously and ran across this thread:

... and I must say I really wish Hot Toys would re-release the original suit and DC would actually distro it this time. HT's second stab at the first batsuit design is really damn nice looking.
