Again, check out He-Man.org or Mattel's Facebook page. People routinely accuse Mattel of ruining their lives whenever something less than ideal happens with the Masters of the Universe toyline, no matter how small.

Yep, waiting for the DCD Release. As with anything, it takes a couple of runs to get the process worked out and QC high. Plus, getting it from DCD is cheaper.

Yeah, I've decided to go this way also and not through Toys2.

I'm not worried about any problems. I am ordering mine from toys2 and the batch they get will be fine since they don't get the first run.

When about do you think that they will re-tool and fix the flaws that are present in the Batman DX02? I have my distributor up in Beijing and he said he will be receiving his shipment a month after the official release. Do you think he's going to get a bad batch or will HT have fixed the problems by mid January (which is when I'm assuming he will be getting his shipment)?

does anyone have tried and took pictures of the bruce wayne head on the DX body? the V1 had huge chest thus making the bruce head looks small, im sure this time round he looks great.

You couldn't even find the first batch if you wanted to unless its through the eBayers so I wouldn't be worried too much about it. I have no doubt the next batch will be fine. HT is not going to risk loosing money on all the RMAs related cost and bad press. If anything goes wrong with the Toys2 batch I know Eric will take care of me/us

Yup, worst case scenario, that's why I went through them, protected even if there are problems, but I'm confident the bugs will be out. The Toys2 shipments will have been in production longer, and better quality control. The first wave was pretty much to satisfy Toy Hunter orders and a few HK sellers.

Thanks, and I'm sure they will, only trouble is, if you have to do it on your own, communication might be more effort vs. going through a retailer you buy from. My example, I'm sure being HT sellers, Toys2 can get through faster to HT and get results faster from them than I would get trying to deal with HT on my own.

Since the HK release was suppose to fulfill the local HK market and likely the eBayers are not authorized international dealers I wonder if HT is really obligated to provide support to those who did purchase from the HK batch through eBay? Just like anything you buy and bring back from Asia the item may not have warranty here in NA due to it not going through the proper distribution channels

yeah man I dumped all mine to get two of these
I recycle hobby $$$$
the v1 was not good I hated it

This is however insane you can never know unless you lay your hands on one any picture or vid will not do justice (at least my jaw dropped)

The quality is great I have no paint blemishes or scrapes or .....

I called HT and it was easier that a local HK seller visits the store and works out the detail (I get better service this was ) that is why I keep the same seller and even pay 5-10$ to get the rapport...

There is one kink I see with this figure and probably it has been mentioned before but....the bicep armour is too short, it's half hidden in the shoulder armour pads! Now the V1 got it right, but why did they had to change it for the DX version. You know they perfect the errors of V1, and the ones that did not need to be perfected for example the bicep armour, gets changed into an error in the DX version. Hot toys are making me angry, they do great stuff but man do they eff up!!! Big time. Man I'm starting to get ill

This bugged me tn the prototype it looks fine and the shoulder armour looks right,but on the release model the bicep armour is covered by the shoulder armour which looks way to long down the arm and rather thick too.Not sure why they would mess with this.
First time poster who is looking at getting the new DX2 batman and just wandering were the people in the uk are ordering from.Some great pics been posted on here and looking forward to seeing more when other people's DX02 arrives.
