that was a crazy price. It was cheap before but that made it insane. They have to be losing money on some of this stuff.

Wow! Anyone ordered it before they went out of stock? When were they put up for sale? Even for a V1 Batman that would be a deal.

I got an order in at 11:45 and a confirmation email directly after. I decided I wanted to order another around 11:50 for a friend's birthday and while the order went through, I didn't receive a confirmation email like the first one so who knows.

Mine UPS tracking code says it arrived in my area last night around 10pm, but its closed today so i gotta wait a day! THE SUSPENCE IS KILLING ME!

They had them in stock this morning. I was debating it and then they were gone.

At that price I would of taken the chance. I wouldn't mind getting an extra DX or V1 for $108

Hoping one of my fellow uk freaks can help me out here, had batman pre-ordered from forbidden planet (.com not .co.uk....i'm not getting stung by them again) and lo and behold i got an email from them informing me that they had stock shortages on this, even though i pre-ordered ages ago....anyway moaning aside, anyone know of anywhere in the uk with this in stock? Or have a spare they're willing to part with for a reasonable price?

I hate this kind of attitude from a seller. It must be recall Forbidden Store. If we cancel a pre-order we must pay but if they cancel nothing happens. It sucks!

Wouldn't care so much if i'd only just pre-ordered..i'd understand that, but i pre-ordered very early on, made the decision to wait and not get him from hong kong like i normally do because it'd work out cheaper this way and give me time to save, now i'm stuck with no choice but to pay over the odds for him, because they didn't bother to mention that they may not have enough stock to fulfil pre-orders.....bad form forbiddenplanet.com, bad form....and they're usually so good.

BAD NEWS!!!! the DX2 TDK I have this Friday 04 from CSC have the hard plastic chest or armor up ofthe body my figure was in he's stand for two days few minuts ago I was in collectors room and check my figure and I see the lower part of the body all cover with like oil when a touch the figure I feel the boots all loose for the all oil the inside body was cover, what I can do?

I don't have any idea what you're trying to say.

Sorry, my English is bad, just my TDK leaking for the lower part of the body from the belt to all down when you pull the boots little bit you can see the inside legs cover with oil and all the exterior too, the same with others members with the first bashes upper body leaking oil.

So the rubber "pants" are leaking oil from the inside, and it's collecting in the boots? As far as the exterior goes, is it covering the entire leg or just the "mesh" parts beneath the armor plates?

The reason I ask this is the "mesh" parts beneath the armor plates has a shiny look to it which fades over time in my experience. It could be some sort of lubricant they use in the rubber, and maybe yours wasn't cured properly so it's leaking now. I had the first release which had leaky abs and never encountered anything but those, and my second release, which I got Friday, isn't leaking anything at all.

It's possible you just got a bad one.

He might not have one from the DCD batch. Where did he get his from, he said his english is bad...Could he have purchased Hong Kong released version that he was told was DC Direct?
