This has already been talked about, but yeah, that's definitely not newly sculpted. It's the exact same as the old suit except more form fitting. The suit reminds me of the prototype. So hopefully this isn't the suit talked about in the article.

The chest armor looks like it wasn't made for it. It looks like it is riding high on the body. Which makes the neck look short.

Still, it's an improvement.

Judging by the images it may be the figure we need right now, but not the one that we deserve.

It's the exact same as the old suit except more form fitting.

Your memory doesn't serve you well. This looks nothing like the prototype the first time around. It was so glossy and bright cyan like grey.

That PT looks like it sports the Begins cowl, only that it functions like the DK one

i was one the handful who commented on that i didnt think there was much diffrence betwen this and the TDK version-not so much the headsculpt but i thought the body was too similar (still fatman!) and people were on here saying "we must be blind" not to notice the "diffrence" etc! DX bats just needs to lose a couple millimetres here and there and he will be perfect! christian bale/batman has an athletic 10/11st build not 12/13st muscular like HT TDK bats!

I don't care about the beer belly, it was just and adjustment, not a fix, and I've found other Hot Toys figures to come with it, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen with this figure, it's not permanent and has no bearing on the overall look so not a big issue to me.

Well plenty of people were bugged about it and I truly think that it will be fixed. Yes you can push it in but it pops back out and I don't see how that isn't a problem. Kinda like saying "yes the figures hand plugs are a pain to take off...but nothing a hairdryer won't fix." Wouldn't it better if the plugs were easier to take off in the first place?

Well the plugs I agree with, should be like a Predator, one per hand, or jsut easier to swap.

As for the beer gut, I'm just going by my own experience, once I found out about the hip joint being the cause and popped it in place, it never happened again, so that's why it doesn't bother me much.

Medicom could supply a plug for each hand just like the Takara. I've always hated faffing about with HT's wrist plugs.

Trouble with HT is they're inconsistent, my Begins costume figure pops off almost too easy at times, yet TDK is a pain, my P2 and Wolf Predator don't come off easy but my P1 they come off more than the joint coming out. I got a replacement peg for my TDK and the hand comes off that really easily, so it's just the factory ones in the package that were tight, not the hands overall.

I would say though, just to be safe, better to have a peg for every hand than swapping hands only because if they don't pop out easy, then you're stuck.

We're not, it's the Wayne head from the first TDK figure, probably to show it in use to add a selling point to the DX figure.
