to be honest what im afraid of is that in the magazine scans the body it just what darren said it was with the old armor but the images that hot toys have released and put on display is the "new and improved" suit. I hope this is untrue because if you look at the pics hot toys has released than it is the same rubber body with the single chest piece. You can tell that it is on a new body and the rubber suit was probably newly developed to tailor this body but I mean come on it is the same exact armor suit as before just tailored for a smaller body.

That didn't occur to me.....hope not X 3

I would think that the pics Hot Toys released are of the old suit. The magazine would probably receive the same figure to photograph. Can't say for sure though...have my fingers crossed.

I've pre ordered mine allready. If it looks as good as in the pics on page one i'll be happy. The cowl and face look perfect. If they improve the suit to look closer to the film version then even i'll be even more impressed.

Some sites are saying late Jan, early Feb 2010.......seems practical, because HT are saying Q1 2010......

That depth in the eyes (sitting back inside the cowl) really adds a lot to the figure.

I'll say, looks GREAT

Yup I don't mind receiving it late as long as they take the time to perfect it. No more beer belly that we have to fix ourselves please.

I don't care about the beer belly, it was just and adjustment, not a fix, and I've found other Hot Toys figures to come with it, so I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen with this figure, it's not permanent and has no bearing on the overall look so not a big issue to me.

Hmmm, I've thought about it for a while, and though I've been pushing for HT to include light-up sonar eyes for DX Batman I don't see myself using it at all. It's the same case with the Iron Man figures; I hate how quickly the batteries drain when using the lights.

I wonder if they'll engineer the sonar eyes head in a similar manner to which they did the Iron Man heads - bright LED filters light through the neck post and through a hollow head.
