hi i wonder if any of you guys who have this guy in hand ,could let me know if his arms will go down close to his sides ,im sure when i took him out of the box his were ,but after 6 days of poseing him ,i cant seem to get the arms down and close in to the sides ,without turning the bicep joint ,its sort of a 13 inch dc direct situation ,im just fearful of breaking him or something ,thanks for any input

I was trying to ignore the stupid, but some of the things on this thread are quite amazing.
How some folks manage to tie their shoe laces, let alone make money to afford Hot Toys I have no idea.

I think it's fair to assume that most of the western world has Discovery or the History channel.

Its hard to believe Jor-El came out just under or just over a hundred bucks back in the day.

Why did I have it in my head that the base lit up?

Original specs listed it being lit up. Changed at some point before the figure was released.

Aaaahhh!! I was wondering about that.
I guess you could easily add some lights if you wanted but it seem to catch light rather well as is.

Same here

Checked on bay's recent completed listings, and it went for $200. Not too bad actually. But I think I'll just wait for a HT upgraded version
