So for CA residents it ends up being 20 extra for the figure, when compared to other retailers, and 20 more for tax... Still, I can't see going half ass with this figure... EX all the way.

It looks to me like they both have free shipping. The Exclusive just doesn't have the green 'free shipping' statement in it. Both my orders look exactly the same.

What does an exclusive have to do with shipping? Did Hot Toys balk at giving it to you if you didn't charge for shipping from your facility? No, that doesn't clear anything up, it's just confusing and sounds like profit protection.

This was the one thing making me think I'd order it from SSC over. No big deal though. I'll just buy from CSC.

Regular version is cheaper on other websites.

Except the regular has free shipping from Sideshow - it would probably even out in the long run and you'll get it quicker from Sideshow.

As for the exclusive only being available in the US - that's because it's exclusive to other people in other territories - like Toy Hunters in HK.

Yeah, I can't tell you how many items I ordered from SSC through the years but every P.O. had a shipping quote ttl. This did not.

Morning all!

So we just found out we'll be carrying an exclusive edition of Superman! - which pretty much rocks...get it? (Pun intended) Because of the exclusive status, we are not able to offer the free domestic and discounted int'l shipping on the exclusive.

However, the free domestic and discounted int'l shipping offer stands for the regular edition.

Hope that clears things up! Look for Superman to launch really soon on the site.

He's probably thinking around $20 for shipping since the exclusive does not have free shipping like the regular does.

Anything that I could´ve said, has been said and therefor I just bow down to the superiorness that is Hot Toys.
Is still just can´t believe how much I see every scene from the movie looking at this figure...it´s amazing.
And considering how Cinemaquette put out theirs recently and it looked not half as good as HT´s, I´d asked my self on their behalf:
"What did we do wrong!?"
Cause what HT accomplished with this figure is just straight of the chart.
Last year, best sculpt: Arnold, T1.
This year, second in command to the one and only Christopher Reeve.
Perfect sculpt.
Period and now of the HD pics making a wallpaper.


Oh, did I mention that I can´t wait that this comes out?!?!?

Also went with 1 exclusive. Thats all for now. I'll have a good superman/bad superman internal battle as to whether I order a regular version aswell.

Thats also why I stuck to 1 T-800. For me multiples ruin the display unless you can have multiples that have totally different looks like the T-1000. Hence I just went with one Spider-Man and one Superman.

For me too many vibrant suits would take the premium look away.

for the longest time I waited to use my newsletter $10 off coupon and very glad I did! though I hoped for a lower price, I'm glad that some of it is going to Reeve's Foundation

Broken record? Read all the other threads of those who were so proud of their initial purchases, "the best", the "OMGs", the "this is the only figure I'll ever need", then regretted after Mark III or Wave 2 or Series 1A came out, and off to eBay they all went. The only broken record here is the regret after the fact...
