The costume is actually pretty close to what he wore in the movie. I do think they could have done a little more with the paint on the head though. I like the figure but am still not sure if I am going to get it. Colton is #1 on my list but this is a close 2.

They should have at least fixed the 's' emblem for this one.

That and a tweaked sculpt. Weaksauce HT.

What's right with it more like!

It's a generic superman emblem. Not accurate to the Reeve suit one at all.

Snake Eater is correct. The Reeve emblem is more obtuse than the HT one.

Sux we will never be getting that figure because of this figure. I imagine it would have done quite well as a normal MMS release.

Yeah I feel pretty bada$$ when I wake up with a shadow. Like I'm a detective or something Like maybe I was following someone in a dark alleyway cause he's my only lead but then suddenly I get hit in back of the head, and wake up with a beard " Damn, how long was I out? I don't have time to shave, I gotta crack this case!"












But then I just eat Cheerios

The Kryptonite was still green in color. Gus Gorman tried to create Kryptonite from scratch, but there was an unknown element so he substituted it with tar. Ross Webster asked him to kill Superman and he couldn't even do that one simple thing.... It's really sad I know all that.

Yup. This is from Wikipedia:

Gus and Vera, disguised as United States Army officers, give Superman the Kryptonite as a gift, but are dismayed to see that it appears to have no effect on him. However, because this version of Kryptonite was not perfect, the compound gradually produces symptoms. Superman goes through a descent into darkness as he becomes selfish, focusing on his lust for Lana, which causes him to delay rescuing a truck driver from his jackknifed rig. ha ha I'd completely forgotten the straight Tower of Pisa.

Spot on.... I never really thought about it, but yeah the stand does come off as a Man of Steel reject. The stand, while being cool does not fit in with the Reeve movie at all. Tires would have been awesome.

Its really a misstep to not even have the kyptonite rock that turned him evil, and I would love if he had a bottle of booze.
