I'll probably pick up the 1/4 Battle Damaged Iron Man. Looks pretty good for 84 bucks.


Edit* After seeing the review, I will not be picking this up. I didn't know it was helmetless. I remember looking up pictures of this and they showed the helmet on. Did someone customize the first one?

I look at it like this... I passed on the Diamond Select Boarders exclusive Iron man mkIV, for like 10 bucks.
Now there are the " more money than brains" people buying them on ebay for Over 150 bucks !
Even if this isnt perfect, its pretty good and id hate to change my mind 2 years from now after seeing them on eBay for a insane price that i passed on for 84 bucks now.
Its worth the purchase, my sh figuarts MKVI is tiny and costs almost this much.

My neca BD arrived today.. surprise surprise...I really like it.
Love the new correct color repulsors, love the darker red used for the base color and i actually like the head sculpt.
No its not hot toys but its not supposed to be.
For what it is, i think its still a super value and will grace my shelf with honor.

I just saw the Tony Stark head version in person.... WOOF thats a bad sculpt.

I feel like NECA has lost their way in that regard. Some of their older 1/4 scale figures are among my favorites... especially Gandalf.

The scale will be so big I may have to pass on hulk haha. I wonder if they would make it in foam like their latest E.T. Items to save on weight and materials.

Anyone interested in my 1/4 Scale Iron Man and 1/4 Scale Cap?

Downsizing my collection and no room for these bad boys anymore.

The Iron Man has had a light layer of "weathering" acrylics drybrushed over his armor and his left shoulder armor pad has been repaired and glued as it broke (in a short shelf dive). Includes all parts, complete.

The Cap is stock, loose and complete.

They should've covered the arms. The dutch figures arms look much better then thors. I bet because of some more articulation but not liking this one ironman and cap are good . I 'll let the pic speak for it self. Still waiting for thier hulk version.

Seeing this and having my hulk makes me appreciate how well hulk came out. Getting the right look and articulation can make or break thier sale's.
