Hey Joe,yeah the head is ball jointed so it pops off.It takes a little effort but it comes off but the neck i'm not sure about!Hope this helps out!GOOD LUCK BRO!^_^

The head is removable. I've taken mine off a few times.

Hello,

I really hope someone can help me out. Recently I bought the NECA 1/4 IRon man figure. The figure is nice except there is no switch to the head LED. Obviously, it is a manufacturing problem. I do see the switch slot but there is no knob to flip the switch on and off. I contact NECA but no reply. Could someone please tell me what is the way to take the head out and short the circuit inside.

It probably broke. Mine broke after 5 times. My bro's broke straight out of the box. Just Crappy quality.

Hi Bttfii and Jessedart, we are on the same boat lol. Are you thinking to short the circuit inside the head to leave the LED on all the time?

I can still turn the light on and off but have to futz with a small pin jamming it in the button area....good grief

In my case, I don't think the switch is broken. I take a closer look at the slot, the surface is flat. If the switch is broken, the surface will be uneven.

Well mine broke and its even.

Yes the head can be popped. Some of the heads were already out of their sockets at the shops. Lol.

I'm not too fussy about the lights to be honest. It's not like I'm going to take them out the play or am I going to leave it on 24-7. These lighting features are useless if they don't come with a remote control or connected to the mains.

Anyone still excited about the BD version due out this month?
I may get it just because ....but im not thrilled with the head sculpt.
The paint looks great though...
Still a hard to beat item for the price..all negatives aside.

The battle damage is an easy pass.... The head sculpt is killing me. I know Neca could do way better.

True.. but im thinking i can jazz it up a bit, and again for the money its still a big bang for the buck.
Im also thinking about adding some 1\4 scale sunglasses to hide his ugly mug...

Like many NECA sculpts, I feel like a nice repaint could really shine with this sculpt, it's not amazing but their typical paint apps aren't getting the most out of it either.

Sorry guys, but that HS looks terrible! After seeing the details on their new Alien Xeno figures, I also know they could do much better. This just looks too rushed. Easy pass for me also. I hope the Hulk is much better.
