Sadly thats a distinct possibility. But don't let your default nostalgia for the McFarlane days cloud the fact that the sculpt was really and truly awful!!

No, the sculpt was good. It's a fun figure.

And the sculpt on this guy means nothing to me when it's covered with nasty paint apps.

However...I still havent seen the final 18inch Predator. Once I do, and the paint apps are AMAZING....then I will be excited. But not until then...because those 8 inch Predators sucked.
