Agreed! I'm mainly getting it for the Ghostbusters containment unit. I may make some home-made Stay-Puft marshmallow goo to cover him in! :D

Just in time for Egons release!

ok, thought i'd show off my customs for a bit. i woke up early this morning and couldnt sleep, so for a couple hours i decided to do what ive been meaning to do and worked on making ray a pair of paragoggles and egon his PKE meter. since its unlikley we will ever actually get a pair of goggles or pke meter, better to custom make them. granted i wouldnt say they are extremly accurate, but i thought they came close enough to the actual movie devices to get away with. i used parts of some spare blaster rifles and guns from star wars figures, cut them up into small pieces and managed to create some more "gadgets" for my GB's! i think they turned out pretty good, especially for ray cuz the goggles help him not look so pin headed (his annoyingly small head stands out). may still do a bit of tweeking with rays goggles, but so far what do you think?

lol i added the little red tips to signify the "lights" on the tips. i was actually looking a little at the videogame cover for a reference. its not made from candy, actually its teeny bits of a red lightsaber.

:mwaha :mwaha

well, you do need SOMEBODY to shut off that containment grid.

lol walter peck. Exactly just getting it for the containment unit. if you think about thats exactly why they had to include such a great accessory. I can hardly see people jumping up and down going Hell yeah Walter Peck!! He can stand around in a suit and stuff and look annoying. Just what i wanted for christmas! It'd be funny to see what they would have included if they hadn't put in the containment unit. Probably a a pen or something.

Anyways the 6 inch winston review is up

ok, i was examining my rays goggles and it occured to me that it was way too wide and the lens were too long, so i did somke "trimming" and made everything a little tighter and smaller so it wouldnt look so big and goofy. im much more pleased with the scale now. i think you can see the difference from the pics i posted before these pics.

also, found these pics of "slimed" peter and regular peter.

now WHY would they show the clean version of the figure but insteeead we're getting the goofy looking slimed version instead? did mattel ever say anything about this? i hope they plan on releaseing the clean version down the road at some point. the only "good" thing i can see with the slimed peter is that it breaks up the monotanous reuse of the clean version all the other figures have. also, his pants in the films is not tucked in, at least not in the first movie. so they missed a detail.

also, did anyones ray figure have a "hard" rubber cord? it wasnt soft like egons, the cord that connects the wand and the pack was very hard and brittle on mine, i kept haveing to glue it back.
