New Ghostbusters Figures

Man the Boogeyman and Sam Haine are going to make me break my no Minimate rule. Those and the Uncharted ones.

I'm not a minimate collector either, but I picked up the Uncharted set last week and all four Real Ghostbusters sets yesterday.

Holy crap! I just bought the Boogieman set!!! Ah! Where can I get more Ghostbusters Minimates on the cheap???

These are great! Got a set at tru for $28, used a coupon.

Their release is pretty timely for me as I have just rediscovered the animated series about a month or two ago.

I got those Minimates last week, as well, and they are pretty nice, quality-wise, as far as Minimates go. Some really cool figures there. My favorite is probably Janine with the proton pack. It is a removable pack that goes over basic Minimate bodies. Kind of bums me out that they didn't use that technology for the GB Movie Minimates. Instead, they used the bulky "slip-over" chests with the packs sculpted on, as they've used with animated Ray and Egon.

Since the Retro Action RGB are dead, I hope Mattel wises up and starts a RGB line in the same scale as the movie GB...

I'm hoping for this as well. It would be a dream come true if they started a Real Ghostbusters equivalent to Masters of the Universe Classics.

I'm glad too. For some dumb reason I skipped the PKE Meter Egon figure and it's been bugging me ever since. I have all the other figures they've put out so missing that one just really bothers me.

I was excited for this release, but those seam lines are hideous and the face still doesn't look "right", the squishy material is bad choice for something that will cost 80 bucks.

Makes me sad... and did i mention i don't like that guy in the video?

Lots of people want the rookie, including myself... that's why it's the Club Ecto-1 exclusive, so you don't HAVE to get it... I dig it...
