I will wait and see if their preds are actually 1/4, not 19" figure like Neca's.

If P1 was 7'3" (I think) he should be 21.75 inches at 1/4 scale.

Does this look like it could be the same body that Shadow Predator came on to anybody else? What I'm thinking is that this picture may have been taken long ago, before Shadow Predator was released. That to me makes much more sense than starting from scratch with a Predator 2, when they just redid half of his stuff for Shadow's release in 2011.

I'm no expert with P2's Bio..but if there was anything to _____ and moan over that HT produces, it is definitely not this.

The Bio looks more than accurate enough..

P1 was definitely taller than 7'3"..KPH was 7'2"-7'2" 1/2.

The feet and head material, etc..ATLEAST 7'5" imo.

Most wont agree with me, but l like the P2 design much more over the original P1. I like the copper/fire theme they went with. I also prefer P2 movie over the first, more gore, more death, much more on screen time for the pred, the LA enviroment l liked more then the jungle and more predator weapons.

No. I've got Shadow and his build looks thicker, the Pred 2 pre-proto looks thinner, more ripped.

I hear you. I love the Predator 2 design. His mask and spear are cool. I can't wait to get the new P2.

In regards to is P1 or P2 better, I think the film makers did the right thing and mixed the design and setting up just right to add more to the Predator character. P1 was great in the jungle as P2 was great in the City, it could never be the other way which is what works for it. P1's face is still the best across the whole franchise IMO though.

You can never beat the original. With P2 they didn't try and copy what they had done, they added something new.

Design wise, the P2 Pred has always been my favorite. Love the more exotic colors, and the more tribal appearance he has.

I hate new announcements. Id rather not know anything until specs and pics thread had came up with all the pictures. And it saying something like its coming out in a month. SURPRISE!

P1 was great in the jungle as P2 was great in the City,

One thing i did not like between p1 and p2 is that P1 even when not cloaked kind of fits in with the forest. He could be crouched or hug a tree and his green tinted armour and brown/cream skin would help him.

But the only time P2 fitted in was on board his own space craft. He could not fit in anywhere in the city naturally. It should of been Ram or something with really light skin to match concrete and silver armour.

Because he was young hot shot who's mostly relied on his toys and not on the experience and tactic.
That's why he chose the concrete jungle - it's easier.
