To be honest, the sculpt of Predator from HT never goes accurate.
Have a look of the mask 0f P2...it went wrong already.

Well, please have a look at those pics.
The proportion of the eyes and the depth and length of the "nose" ...and the mask is so flat, eye scokets are just posed in one plane.

The snout area looks a bit off, cheeks look a bit too wide, overall Bio seems too vertical..actually, looking at it again, I don't think it looks too vertical/slanted..

But really, the Bio looks great..I don't think any of this is even worth mentioning.

I can't wait for this figure..hope we get 1/6 and 1/4 versions of him.

I doubt. Since the detailed sculpture has already been finished, which means there won't be any big change on proportion, clay work is not like computer stuff which u can still change big shape after finish detail.

I don't trust the eyes from those sculptuor from HT, none of their predator makes me feel even alright.

Hot Toys alters and fixes thing all the time, granted there track record on that lately has been rather hit and miss but they have listened to us and changed or fixed stuff before. If you go back and look at some of there older figures and seen some of the prototypes you will see this. She-Predator Machiko went through three different head sculpts alone before the final version.

This is old news guys, they have made changes to there predators to the look and size.Old news but i think its the final scuplt.To change that is alot of work.

Never too late to give them a chance. Their P2 sculpt is already looking to be helluva accurate. Can't wait to see its unmasked headsculpt.

I wait eagerly to see how he turns out on the newer bodies. I still think you guys should revisit him as a 1/4.

I'd love that to happen and the more I look at the Wolf the more I want a big 1 4th and it would be great to redo ours and see him come out with P2, and the Elder. Hopefully Tsang will do a great job on the HT one. I'm so hoping he will improve because even though I think the Predators sculpts are great but they still need to be more accurate. I can't wait to see these new HT figures and one thing for sure is these will be way better than those way skinny ones from the past. I've always liked the larger scale way better than 1/6th.

Even if you decide to cry long into the night about how much you hate Hot Toys Predators I'm still going to be a proud owner of the updated P2.

I'd love that to happen and the more I look at the Wolf the more I want a big 1 4th and it would be great to redo ours and see him come out with P2, and the Elder. Your masked Wolf is my favourite small figure I own. The HT Wolf has it's issues but is still a fun figure. Whether it's you or HT's that give us our next Wolf, hopefully it's third time lucky.

If the sculpt progression teases are anything to go by it will be P2 first then Scar (i am not buying that the scar in the picture is 1:4 it looks too small).

Yup it looks around Mr. Black size, just beefier. Which would definitely be cool.

I will wait and see if their preds are actually 1/4, not 19" figure like Neca's.
