Totally was... and I had a bit too much to drink.
4 beers.. I love being a cheap drunk. Less calories, less chance of alcohol poisoning, and more money in my pocket!
Also, I am low in body fat and didn't have much to eat at the time I was consuming said alcoholic beverages. So that always helps. Oh, and it was hot! The alcohol gets to you a lot quicker when dehydrated from a huge workout, cutting 3 lawns, and being in 30 C weather prior to the beer consumption.
You should know better.
I'm strictly talking from a workout point of view. Alcohol is killer on your body because I know you spend some serious time at the gym.
