colorado gets swept with the coaching staff making ZERO adjustments in their style of play or gameplan. again detroit is allowed to skate freely in the av zone and they rack up 8 goals. easy when your defense keeps skating backwards without any physical presence. like shooting fish in a barrel.

without key players like forsberg, stastny, smyth and wolski, colorado was WAY undermanned against the leagues best team this year record wise.

colorado needs to make some coaching changes. theodore was great in round one but never showed for round two. i don't think he'll be back. i'd like to see detroit lose next round, as i feel this team is beatable, just not by the avs. :(

better luck next year.

Wow! that happened allot quicker than I thought it would.....:lol

I'm glad that series is over. That was the most excruciating thing I have EVAR watched. Great season Habs! Cya next year!

Now, lets go PENS!

So for you hockey die hards I have a question...

Did Montreal over achieve in the regular season or under achieve in the playoffs.

PS. Looks like they should have kept Huet cause Price ain't no Roy or Dryden. :lecture

Or Jose Theodore. :monkey3

Maybe a Jeff Hackett?

Underachieved in the playoffs....And cut the kid some slack, he'll be fine. He was making mistakes he didn't make all season. Also, the Habs interior D sucked in the playoffs, which didn't help Price at all.

I figured Badmoon would be here gloating...He's probably out drinkin' Guiness and wearing his tinfoil hat. I hope someone hits the brown noise tonight and he craps his pants. :rotfl

I think price will be ok, but they really shouldn't have given him the keys to the kingdom so early. Or, if they did, they should have never traded Huet just incase. You could tell he just lost his confidence for some reason during this series. Better days ahead for him though.

Now hopefully the pens will show up to play at home tomorrow so we can have an all PA eastern conference finals.

hey hab fans. join us colorado fans in the loser's circle.

lots of golf and beer for all. :lol

2-0 Pens.. despite only having one point tonight Malkin was in on both goals.. meaning both wouldn't have happened if not for him.. even when the guy doesn't score he's phenomenal. Did anyone see him play 1:54 minutes straight? Geez, he was so good at keeping the puck in the opposition's zone. He is such a treat to watch. He does remind me of Mario Lemieux! Did you see his backhand? Goodness gracious Henrik didn't even know what to do with that.

HOSSA! 3-2 Pens! Penguins win the series 4-1 over the Rangers and are now going to face the Flyers in the Eastern Conference Final! WOOHOO!!!

Definitely underachieved. Price made the mistakes that one would expect from a kid with the weight of Canada on his back. Also, he didn't get the support needed in the playoffs.

At least he's not Red Light Racicot.
