Obama will win this election, and people who are successful will have their wealth distributed to people who don't want to work. That's his tax plan, plain and simple.

999 times out of 1000, that is what a tax plan does. People who cannot entice business without government intervention are given the business through either inflation or taxation. Welfare is a meager portion of the wealth redistribution equation (unless you take foreign aid into consideration). The majority of taxes are spent funding research and investing in enterprises that no one has freely chosen to finance.
