Cool pictures, Slynger & Rook. Thanks for posting them! :duff

I understand that. It was nice when I could do it. I'm way away from the house now and I would want to leave anything valuable out for my students.

I've already had that happen...luckily the school reimbursed my loss 100% since it was there fault for not securing all the UPS packages. :yess:

Nice shot T. :rock

I posted this in another thread where a question was asked, so I will post it here as well...

Unfortunately the unlit saber on Ben Kenobi's belt did not make it into the final version of this piece and is not expected to be made. We (I'm) so very sorry that this update was not known in advance to the item getting into people's hands. If that particular omission from the piece has caused you or anyone to be unhappy with it, you (and anyone who purchased it through Sideshow directly) can contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving their product to return it and receive a refund. I and all of Sideshow want y'all happy with the item sitting on your shelf, so if not having that missing piece makes you dissatisfied, please consider returning it. Of course, I would hope the piece (even without the unlit hilt) would still be a much liked/loved item for many collectors out there. :)

Thanks for offering a response. Unfortunately, omitting the saber hilt from the final product is in fact a deal breaker for me. While I did not place an order for the Obi-Wan Mythos statue I very much wanted to and probably would have if the saber hilt did make it onto the final product. But the question I have is why didn't the hilt make it on the final product?

Why was it omitted?

Despite the SS screw-ups, this statue really does look fantastic.
I think it's the best of the Mythos released so far.

I've mentioned this before, and it may just be me, but does anyone else think the lightsaber(s) are too small?

Also, so what's the deal with the blade? Can it be removed like the Maul Mythos, or is it glued in?

Here are some photos to show the lean from two different angles. Personnally, I find that it seems like a natural position when walking against a strong wind. So it doesn't bother me at all.

What I don't like is that the lightsaber was already broken when I receveived my statue. Even if it doesn't look bad at all, I'd still prefer to get an unbroken statue. We'll see if Sideshow can replace it...

Crazy. Lean don't look bad at all in the first photo. But that second shot would drive me crazy.

Either way it's overall a nice piece. Broken Saber is best!!!

Also SS Alex perhaps you can address the added leg netting on the Wolf LSF over in the other forum in that thread. Still curious as to why SS would add an inaccuracy! :lecture

Well, got him today and overall I think its fantastic. The non hilt does suck but what can you do. You can see where thr hook was supposed to be but its like they decided just not to glue it on so even if we did make a custom hilt there is nothing to attach it to.

The one thing I hate is that, for me at least, the cape is way too big. I wish it was about half size so it didn't take up so much room. Oh well. I'll take some picks when Gammy comes tomorrow. :)

Oh, I suppose you could. But then you'd be left with the front foot resting askew on the base, and the rear foot likely suspended in midair.
