Yep, the TTM-17 suffers from wobbly ankles. You don't notice it in a wide stance, but try a feet-together stance and it can't cope for long. For fully-clothed Bruces the BL3.5 is the most reliable body imo.

Oh my goodness. That is a great headsculpt, so real... :thud:

Now if only the next Hot Toys or Enterbay Bruce Lee figures can turn out this good.

Even though I have these bodies, I don't really notice things like that :lol

Thanks for pointing it out.

When my TT's started biting the dust I endeavoured to find out why.

That's odd, my ETD doesn't like wide stances. I thought those little washers were supposed to help, but apparently not. The TTM-17 doesn't have them.

I tried a Bruce style pose with the RM-5 and it was tough to do one I liked that it held. This, would you believe it, was down to the limited ankle movement. LOL! I can't win! I totally agree about the BL3.5 though.

dunno if i'd like to try a bruce figure with the RM5.looks a bit bulky for bruce..may look better clothed/not in a ETD/GOD catsuit though i think the arm joints would show too much through the cloth?

legit lol

glad its not just me .....

This is one of the aspects of this hobby that I find intriguing: the perception of likeness that varies from one individual to the next. I'm not as big a Bruce Lee fan as you two, so maybe in this case it's due to a lack of familiarity with Bruce's features and head proportions - but to me that sculpt looks spot on.

well if this is not a personal arnie piece and is indeed a HT future release, stick on a white shirt/blue pants as in the ETD bob wall fight ( it does look very similar to the stare bruce gives at the start of that scene).i'd buy it..i think it is a great sculpt

What with HT moving into 1/4 with their Terminators, I wouldn't put it past them to earmark this head for another announcement in due course.
