Predators - 1/6th scale Classic Predator Collectible Figure

The thing is though, the Predator doesn't have a half endoskull head popping out of it. It's how it was meant to be, it's how they designed it. For the Terminator of course there's going to be some problems..since we can't actually cut Arnold's face in half and put robotic parts on him..

It's not the same situation...the SWS Predator looks more realistic than anything HT could ever make..

You could make the same argument about the HT figure because it has visible joints..

Anyone expecting a SWS accurate figure are kidding themselves. Will never happen.

i respect neca's sculptors, but not neca as a company, they could go high end easy with the talented sculptors they have, but would rather stay low end and cheap. so i have no respect for neca as a company, but i admire and respect tankman very highly.
i wish he worked for ht instead of neca.

dude what are you even talking about... you do realize NECA purposely tries to stay in the lower priced market right? And they own it very well and do a tremendous job of keeping things pushed to the edge in that market.

Not everyone can afford a 200 dollar Predator. NECA sees major potential to sell to those who can;t but still want a great looking product.

How can you not "respect them as a company" because they refuse to go into the high end market? That honestly makes no sense.

It's like apples to oranges you can;t argue HT is better simply because the quality is better. There is a price difference to justify that.

I'm happy to hear some guys got what I was saying.. sculpt alone the NECA tops HT. it;s more accurate and proportionate, if the NECA one had the money put into production that the HT one of course paint aps anf plastic would be better.

I for one want a high end predator that fits with my 12 inch collection. that's why I own Classic predator and DON'T own the 18 in NECA one.

However I DO own the 6 inch versions and love them very much. There is no way i want something like a Bore predator from as crappy a movie as Predator 2 mind you, more than 20 bucks and more than 6 inches.

Hey, this NECA vs HT thing is getting old.

One is aimed at cheaper and the other is aimed at High End.

Both do wonderful jobs for what you pay for.

You like NECA? Good For You.

You like Hot Toys? Good For You.

Though, the fact that NECA keeps getting "compared to" Hot Toys really must say something in itself for a company that produces cheaper products. But both can exist on this earth and everyone would be happy if everyone would STOP playing the VERSUS card.

I'm sorry but I'm done trying to debate this with you unlike you, I'm not trying to convince anyone that my opinions are fact. I just thought I would go to the effort of trying to explain the other side of the debate and give you a broader view of this Neca vs. Hot toys debate thing. I think it's important to try and prove your self wrong and your opponent right and hopefully fail at it in order to have a good debate. All you ever do is change my word or give some stupid sarcastic comment. I'm done waisting my time with you, these forums really are becoming nothing more than a troll fest when it comes to comparing and contrasting these figures.

NECA aint making figures for high end so they will never be comaprible.
You have to like NECA for what they are..low end figures for $15 a pop.

If you want better you go with HT. Simples
