Hey buddy! I recently thought about a fitting director for a Predator film and Shane Black came into my mind. I'm really excited to see how Iron Man 3 will turn out. Predator and Iron Man are differend topics but I think that Shane would fit as a director because he had some experience with it before. I't would be fantastic to see the future Predator films laying in good hands.

I'm not declining what you are saying, but wouldn't it be a interesting move to give Shane Black the opportunity to direct a Predator movie?
You know you can't say if it turns out to be good or bad but you could at least give him a chance...

1) all these transformers and ironman styles look like stupid spice girls to me.
2) i personally do not need new predator movies. i prefer quality to quantity. and there is no THAT quality in predators since KPH and SW deaths. everything since P2 is just a bunch of children ****.

1. Ok, I somehow can understand that. Have you watched Kiss Kiss Bang Bang from Shane Black? It's nothing like Predator or another comic adaptation but I think it's a good film and you should watch it once.

2. So you're saying P2 was also bad? Or after P2? I never have been a fan of the AVP films and Predators was kind of lala... so...

second one. i prefer P2 to P1 strongly, mostly because i like P2 personality more and like to see all movie about predator and not schwarzenegger whom i am not interested in anywhere except T1.
well no, i like all the team in p1 more than in p2, but all the rest of P1 is so dull until the end. in P2 i have a movie from the beginning to the end.
still they cannot be divided in my head, they are like 2 sides of 1 coin.
and everything "predator connected" after P2 isn't worth any coin.

I have to agree with P. There is no need for another predator movie until someone writes an original script utilizing the best of the essence of the predator franchise. Predators had no original ideas. Predators borrowed heavily from the original without adding anything substantial. I already saw a group of people being picked off one by one by an alien in a jungle. It was called Predator. In fact, Predator did everything Predators did better 24 years ago. Predators felt like a half-baked reboot. The Predator franchise either needs to be left alone, or a predator-related script must be drastically different from all of the predator movies that have come before it. Also, NO REBOOT.
