Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (12/16/16) *SPOILERS*

I get that many feel that the characters were not developed enough. On first viewing I felt the same way. But repeat viewings fixed all that as I now know what they are all about going into the film. I would say that after the main OT characters that these are my fav. The action was fantastic and the story was as good and we'll told as a prequel can be.

Upon multiple viewings I was also fine with the development of the main characters. One character I feel was underdeveloped was this guy:

What's his story?
How'd he get way up there?
How's he go to the bathroom?
Did they forget about him until after the Death Star battle?

Absolutely. I agree that I'd also love to see more of these characters on screen, however I believe that it's best that I'll forever "want" to see them but will never be granted that wish. It makes everything they did in RO more meaningful that way IMO.

khev I agree. I would not change the ending as I love the film as is. But if they let them survive and I did not know any different I probably would have been happy with that also. But perhaps I would not love them as much without the ultimate sacrifice .
