I want this to be good. It looks better handled then most nostalgia things. Say like tmnt or transformers. Atleast they all aren't dressed in black with guns and driving color coded cars.
O wait that's fast and the furious.
Fixed. And yes, it can't.It can't be worse than movies produced by Platinum Dunes.
So far the "pathetic" month of March has given us Logan, a superhero movie masterpiece.
I think that will easily remain the highlight of the month though.
I didn't like Kong although I comprehend why some did.
I just don't see PR or GITS acheiving Logan status.

Beauty and the Beast is getting really high reviews and it is being called the best live adaptation to date
i wouldnt be surprised if Beauty and the Beast remains number one when power rangers comes out just because so many families will check out beauty
As for jye's comment on Logan, as much as I love PRs, I can't see it coming close to Logan. Heck, I'll probably end of seeing Logan more in theaters than PRs because I can't see PR having that kind of impact. That's not me giving up on the PRs. It's just not going to be that kind of movie.
I'm sure I'll love the heck of out of PRs, but Logan....that movie was seriously one of the best comic book movies I've ever seen - maybe my favorite.
My top three are (in no particular order):
- Captain America: The Winter Soldier
- GOTG
- Logan
I have a feeling Logan may be on top of that list when the dust is cleared...
wait, who hacked Chapter 2099's account??? is that you jye?
Logan gave me the feels, man. Like I was almost crying in the theater. :Sounds crazy, but yeah.
I'm definitely still on the PR train though. BUUUTTTTTTT, Logan honestly blindsided me with its awesomeness. I didn't expect to see what I saw onscreen.
I think I'm still recovering from Logan - it's like a Logan hangover at this point. Hopefully the PR hype kicks back in by opening week for me. I'll still be here to light up this thread though, regardless of how good it is.
I honestly think people will be split by this movie.some people will go in the theater just to hate it.
Honestly I only plan on seeing this movie purely for the #TBT on the Gram
Red Box rental at best
