It sounds that way thats for sure. Trying to imagine Jerry's work in 3D form at the possible height is really kind of mind boggling.

The SSW version 1/6 scale Sauron is 23 1/4" tall. A 1/4 scale SS version should be about an inch short of 3 ft.

Hopefully the base will incorporate some of the Numenorean and Elven remains...........
