That Sauron helm is gorgeous!

But it's not quite 1:1 though. It's human-sized. If it was really 1:1 it would be Sauron-sized, which would make it twice the size of a human head. Sauron was 10 feet tall, after all!

Thanks guys. And yes, it's not quite 1:1....but it's dam big. I had to try it on. I had some friends come over a few hours ago and I answered the door wearing it lol....they were like WTF!

I believe it is 1:1 or very very close to it...put it next to the 1/4 Weta helm....It's exactly 4 times as big...Mine is(soon to be was)displayed on a shelf 8 ft high...looks perfect...I could see a 12ft guy wearing this!...look at Atheris...he needs a bigger head to see well out of it...

Anyone else thinking in this day and age of collecting, Sauron may actually be the last of decent value?

I'm looking at the legendary scale figures, then this. This could easily have been pushed out to legendary scale IMO.

I'm just hoping the production piece doesn't pull any punches because of the price point.

lets not forget, this was originally announced as a LSF piece, so that being said, you compare this to any of the LSF pieces available, this is a steal at the size this guy is at. That being said, just put in my order for him. I couldn't pass him up at $815 shipped. I'm really glad they put an ES on this.

That sucks man. I almost sold my 2 pfs to get terminator stuff, but decided I like Lotr better. I think Sauron, dark rider, lurtz and the witch king will make a pretty cool display. I'm gonna wait to get the rider on the aftermarket though, I think the price on him will dip quite a bit.
